Shogun2u delivery service! Very Delicious and super-size of food..AWESOME EXPERIENCE.

今天的烟霾很严重，所以不想到外趴趴走找吃的，就想到要不要订Shogun2u在家里吃。没想到尽然提早十五分钟食物就送到了，而且现在还做促销扣40%，超值的！

Last nite order and request delivery time at 12pm, reach early around 11.40am,good service bcz around 9.10am get a phone call for confirmation order and delivery guy good service n manner when call n ask the direction to my hse,give u a 10 likes !

比原定时间迟了都没到，客服只是一直说在附近，15分钟内到，然后，再问，五分钟后到，再问，5分钟内到，再问，我联络不到送货员。这是什么态度啊！结果，白白等了一个小时，最后，直接取消订单了！过了半个小时，客服打电话来，然后offer了一些的赔偿。

Excellent customer service!! 1. I forgot key promote code, when the customer service officer called me to confirm the order, she reminded and direct deduct 40%. 5 main meals order only RM60++ 2. I miss click extra order, I quickly text customer service officer at chat room, she replied me less than 2 minutes, and helped me amend order to avoid i pay more. Strongly recommended and share with my friends.

Serving portions were generous & good-size, food was still warm and best of all, delivery was super fast & efficient. From the time I confirmed order at 7:15pm, the delivery boy arrived at my doorsteps at 7:50pm, all these just took a mere 35 minutes to process.
