My very first time experience Japanese bento set delivery ! :D you have very polite and helpful delivery boy and the menu is kinda complete with sides, main, drinks and even desserts!? Love the chocolate cakes, cup cakes!! Omg Shogun2u you are making Japanese food and dessert fans like me so happy.. yum yum !! food quality is good and tasty, with its price did reaaaaaaaally SURPRISE ME ! :D thanks for having such great deal promotion too!!

I could not complete my order and was advised to chat with Shogun2U customer service.I clicked on the "join chat" icon and received an immediate polite and courteous response.Managed to get my order thru and suddenly wanted to add more orders to my previous order and I was connected to the same person which i spoke to earlier, which saves me time and the hassel of explaining the same situation twice. i LOVED the experience.
