Food was still hot when it arrived! And it was 10mins early! The customer service also responded to my chat right away at my request to add the Edamame, my daughter finished the whole bowl! Highly recommended!

The food is considered nice and affordable, especially with the promo code 40% discount. Ordered twice, both times are quite good. Today I ordered but have problems with my address. The staffs are very helpful and responsive and finally solved my problem. And then the staff called me and told me will be delay on my order but still it arrived earlier than expected. I think the best thing about shogun2u is their service. Very good service. Thumbs up!

My family is hard to find belonging to the address of the shogun, but didnt let me down, so I can get back to each of the hot food.
